Each year on the day before the NDF conference we organise several workshops to explore topics in more detail. These are run at cost and are often very popular. See full details of the workshops and you can register for them in the online conference registration form.

Get a conference discount as an institutional member

You need to be an institutional member of NDF as at 19 November 2018 to qualify for conference fee discounts for your staff. This may mean your organisation's existing membership needs to be renewed if it expires before this date. There are three institutional member tiers, starting at $100 per organisation. Institutional members get a discount of $100 per staff member attending NDF.

Code of Conduct and Health & Safety

The health and safety of our delegates is top priority throughout the Conference. You can rest assured there are robust systems and processes in place to ensure a safe, healthy and enjoyable Conference for all.

The National Digital Forum welcomes everyone to observe, participate, learn and grow together. When engaging with our community, either online, through social media, or at physical events such as the conference and workshops, we want everyone to have a good time and feel safe. Our code of conduct sets out what we should expect of each other.

If you have any queries or questions relating to health and safety or unacceptable behaviour matters please do not hesitate to visit the Conference organising team at the Registration Desk.


Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please contact about this.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a $150 cancellation fee will be made provided notification is received by 19 October 2018. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the conference committee.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
