Emma Philpott: What were you using NZ Museums for today? Digging into user survey results

Tuesday November 19th, 4:02pm-4:09pm @ Soundings Theatre

This presentation looks at the results of the first six months of surveying users of collection sharing website NZ Museums. It'll look at why we wanted to start surveying, how we benchmarked against other Te Papa related sites, and what our results looked like, from positive affirmation of our assumptions to the less positive unanswerable questions and feedback better provided to the museums who share collections on our site. In summary it'll consider what we can do with the information we gathered to inform how we design the next NZ Museums development and encourage others to regularly check in with their users.
